I’m David J. MacNeil, a storyteller, creative director, voice artist, podcaster, occasional actor, and professional overthinker who somehow turned all of that into a career.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, with conversational Spanish, I’ve spent decades working across television, advertising, voiceover, performance, and digital media. Along the way, I’ve written and produced award-winning campaigns, voiced major brands, hosted live events, appeared on camera, and helped shape stories across just about every platform imaginable.
Today, that experience has evolved into a lifestyle brand built around creativity, wellness, freedom, and designing a more intentional life.
Through Grupo Maravilla, DJM Creative, MINDSCAPER with David J. MacNeil, and my work with Tammy Sells Costa Rica, everything connects, storytelling, mindset, lifestyle, media, and real estate.
For me, Costa Rica is not just where I live. It is part of the story. Through TSCR, I help people see real estate not only as property, but as possibility, reinvention, and a doorway into a more inspired way of living.
When I’m not creating content or helping people discover life in Costa Rica, you’ll usually find me scuba diving, longboarding along the coast, listening to live music, traveling with my wife Belinda, or pretending that buying more gear is simply “strategic business development.”
At this stage of my life, the mission feels clear, to use storytelling, media, and meaningful connection to help people imagine, and create, a life they are genuinely excited to wake up to.
